Hang out in the backyard in the fire-pit area under the stars and glistening string lights, or have a picnic and enjoy being barefoot in the great outdoors on the brand new turf. Driveway easily parks 2 cars. Entire roof was replaced in February 2020!! Property is 5min < walking distance from the neighborhood playground and newer pickle ball courts!
